Student Leadership and Engagement

The Youth Led Leadership Alliance is a network of six groups comprised of high school students from across Santa Cruz County working together to develop leadership skills and make an impact across their community.

The only eligibility requirement is to be a student enrolled at a Santa Cruz County high school, whether public, private or charter! Students who are interested in learning more and joining a group can fill out an interest form using the link below.

We are pleased to announce that the Santa Cruz County Office of Education Student Leadership and Engagement Programs will be starting up again for the 2022-23 year! There are 6 different groups students may choose to participate in. The only requirement is to be a Santa Cruz County High School student.

Self & Community Tile Project

High school students from across Santa Cruz County schools have been working together since Fall 2021 exploring what Self and Community means to them using art.
